Reimbursement

If your expenses are being reimbursed by Sandia/CSRI, Deanna Ceballos (drcebal@sandia.gov) will arrange a contract for you. It is important that the contract is completed before you make travel arrangements. Those who are being reimbursed should be aware of the following guidelines.

  • You will be reimbursed for actual expenses for food and lodging up to $145 per day for each night you spend in Santa Fe. The rate is $103/day for Albuquerque.
  • You must fly on an American carrier, even if you are coming from overseas.
  • If you are doing anything other than a round-trip air ticket (such as a multi-leg trip), please contact Deanna Ceballos (drcebal@sandia.gov) before you make your reservations to discuss reimbursement policies.
  • If you will be renting a car, use AVIS and give them the Sandia National Laboratories wizard number A134500 so that you can get the discount rate. You do not need to buy the extra insurance; it is included in the Sandia discount rate.
  • You may use Sandia's travel agent to make your airline and/or rental car reservations at a discount rate. Contact Deanna Ceballos (drcebal@sandia.gov) for further instructions.

If you are unsure whether or not Sandia/CSRI is reimbursing you, please contact one of the workshop organizers.
