Greetings!
The last UC Berkeley Matrix Computations Seminar talk of the spring
2007 semester will be this May 2nd (Wednesday -- tomorrow!) from
11:10am to noon, in 380 Soda Hall on the Berkeley campus. Prof. J.
Shewchuk (UC Berkeley CS) will give the second part of his two-part
mesh generation tutorial. Details are available at the Seminar
website:
http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~mhoemmen/matrix-seminar/
The Matrix Computations Seminar will pause for the summer, and will
resume about a week after the start of the fall seminar. I will send
out an announcement for the date of the first talk. I may also send
out occasional notices of special talks not on the Seminar's official
schedule, but related to the topic of matrix computations.
A note on the e-mail list: Some of you may be moving away and want to
be removed from the list, and others may be changing e-mail addresses.
If you receive Matrix Seminar notices from the lapackers or banana
e-mail lists, you will have to manage your subscriptions there. If
you receive these notices from the Google groups address
(uc-berkeley-linear-algebra-seminar at googlegroups.com), please notify
me if you want to be removed from the list or if your e-mail address
will change.
Best wishes for the summer!
Mark Hoemmen
