Greetings!

The next meeting of the UCB Matrix Computations (aka LAPACK) seminar
will be this Wednesday, 14 March, 11:10am - noon, in 380 Soda Hall.
Darsh Ranjan (UC Berkeley Math Dep't) will be giving an "Introduction
to Doubly Stochastic Matrices."

Prof. B. N. Parlett (parlett at math.berkeley.edu) coordinates the weekly
seminar.  The program will be a mixture of research talks and
tutorials. The tutorials will provide a partial sequel to Math 221.
